Southern indie-pop purveyors Reptar favor a geekily jubilant sound, like Talking Heads at their most affable and party-friendly. Tonight the band, which landed a plum opening slot on last fall's Foster the People tour, hits Bushwick, where it shares a bill with rapturous garage-rock classicists Fort Lean and others.
