Norwegian piano virtuoso Leif-Ove Andsnes mounts a miniature version of his widely admired Oslo chamber-music festival, offering four evenings of superb talent and inventive programming. Andsnes gets the series underway tonight with Bartók's Contrasts, performed with violinists Øyvind Bjorå and clarinetist Martin Fröst, and a two-piano version of Stravinsky's The Rite of Spring placing Andsnes alongside another superlative pianist, Marc-André Hamelin. Berg's Four Pieces for Clarinet and Piano and Honegger's Symphony No. 2 complete the bill.
