The Apollo presents a thoroughly spiffy-sounding celebration of blues legend Robert Johnson—yes, he of the crossroads/soul-selling debacle—to benefit the building of the Blues Hall of Fame. Actor Jeffrey Wright hosts, along with Rev. Steven Johnson (Robert Johnson's grandson), and the guest list features the Roots, Chuck D, Living Colour, Shemekia Copeland, Bettye LaVette, Taj Mahal, Keb Mo, Sam Moore and Todd Rundgren. Just don't approach any shady-looking scalpers standing at crossroads to get a ticket.
