Guy Joosten's newish production of Gounod's tuneful tragedy is revived for Hei-Kyung Hong as Juliette and Piotr Beczala as Roméo; Julie Boulianne plays Stéphano, James Morris is Frère Laurent, and Plácido Domingo conducts.
