Royal Danish Orchestra

Lincoln Center Festival. For the first of three performances by the visiting Royal Danish Opera and Orchestra, conductor Michael Schønwandt leads the orchestra in the tone poem Pan and Syrinx and the Clarinet Concerto by Denmark's most famous composer, Carl Nielsen, as well as the neoclassical ballet suite Pulcinella by Nielsen's contemporary Igor Stravinsky.
