Bold yet sensitive avant-jazz pianist Russ Lossing always seems to have a fresh project to present. Tonight's band is new to us, but the sidemen—each a progressive-jazz heavyweight—sure aren't: saxist Ellery Eskelin, bassist Mark Helias and drummer Eric McPherson.
