Ryuichi Sakamoto

Still fondly remembered for his work in pioneering synth-pop band Yellow Magic Orchestra, Ryuichi Sakamoto has moved on to become an actor, a soundtrack maven and an estimable composer of serious concert works, not to mention a dedicated environmental activist. His current tour celebrates the domestic release of playing the piano, a two-disc set of wistful piano solos and electronic collaborations.
