Brooklyn electropop combo Savoir Adore has a noirish streak that counterbalances its cutesy boy-girl vocals, as on its latest album Our Nature. Support comes from bubbly and colorful (sonically as well as visually) all-girl quartet from Japan, the Suzan, which has garnered well-deserved cosigns from Peter Bjorn & John and the Fool's Gold label.
