SBTRKT + Goldlink

Aaron Jerome, a.k.a. SBTRKT (that’s pronounced “subtract”), is a British producer who specializes in marrying the funky sounds of early-’00s-style R&B with the bass-heavy beats of dubstep. His self-titled debut, which featured collaborations with Little Dragon and Jessie Ware, won critical acclaim in 2011; at this gig, expect to hear tracks from new follow-up Wonder Where We Land. The record features guest spots from the likes of A$AP Ferg, Vampire Weekend’s Ezra Koenig and Chairlift’s Caroline Polachek, so starry cameos are likely.
