ScienSonic Laboratories

Bewilderingly versatile, eclectic reedman Scott Robinson is the resident madcap genius behind ScienSonic Laboratories, which devotes its energies this evening to boosting two less-recognized members of the woodwind family: the bass saxophone (at 8pm) and the alto clarinet (at 10pm). Joining Robinson are fellow reedists J.D. Parran and Vinny Golia, bassist Julian Thayer and drummer Warren Smith. If you'll pardon the pun, these winds should be a complete gas.
