Charlie Looker, leader of the harrowing local prog-pop band Extra Life, unveils Seaven Teares, a folky new outfit featuring vocalist Amirtha Kidambi (who also performs in the opening duo). Sharing the bill is Tartar Lamb, a spin-off of the darkly fantastical Kayo Dot.
