Sister Sparrow and the Dirty Birds + Lyle Divinsky + Turkuaz

Brooklyn groove collective Sister Sparrow and the Dirty Birds is a big band (nine members) fronted by a vocalist with a big voice (Arleigh Kincheloe). They play mainly New Orleans funk with dashes of reggae, blues and Latin jazz, as evidenced on last year's Pound of Dirt album.
