Small Factory, a reunited Providence indie outfit first active in the early-to-mid ’90s, airs its sad, sweet songs (imagine a folkier, scrappier R.E.M.). Also on the bill are local mainstays Air Waves, whose chilled-out, strummy tunes should complement the headliner nicely.
