So Percussion: Where (we) Live

BAM Next Wave Festival. So Percussion is most closely associated with New York's burgeoning new-music and postclassical scenes, but this inventive quartet's range also covers intuitive improvisations, bold constructions with jazz drummer-composer Bobby Previte and electronica-fuelled whimsy with Matmos. The quartet's newest multimedia project, Where (We) Live, is built around a cycle of subtle, ruminative indie-rock songs featuring singer-songwriter and guitarist Grey Mcmurray.
