Time Out says

More than 300 singers, the National Philharmonic, an ensemble of Bulgarian folk musicians and several narrators premiere Georgi Andreev's oratorio A Melancholy Beauty, which recounts the story of Bulgarian Jews during World War II. Also on the program is a new motet by cantor and composer Charles David Osborne called Whosoever Saves a Single Life.
