Superchunk + Wild Nothing + Todd Barry

Time Out says

Superchunk’s importance has been eclipsed by that of Merge, the label launched by two of its members to put out records by the band, later the home of Neutral Milk Hotel, Magnetic Fields, Arcade Fire, etc.… But Superchunk itself remains a beloved indie act, and has returned after a lull with a new record, Majesty Shredding. The contemporary Virginia band Wild Nothing is a dead ringer for British bands of past decades, proudly shoegazing. Many songs on the band's album, Gemini, would fit nicely on the soundtrack of a John Hughes movie. Opening tonight is the endlessly funny, absurdly dry comic Todd Barry.
