Flutist Amelia Lukas, whose innovative Ear [Heart] Music series at the Tank has become a staple in the New York new-music soundscape, and her spunky wind quintet play Mikael Karlsson and Christopher McDonald’s sound-sculpture-based work BOX. Also on the program are Ligeti’s Six Bagatelles, Julia Wolfe’s On Seven Star Shoes and a wind quintet arrangement of Karlsson's Nasty Fucker.
