We're not sure about the genius part, but Team Genius sure does have the feel of a team. It often sounds as though all eight members of the local coed indie-pop group are singing at once, yielding a potent critical-mass effect. Tonight the group joins dramatic NYC rockers Deadbeat Darling for a gig on the LES.
