Time Out says

Music visionary Robert Ashley has teamed up with the far-out musician and stage director Fast Forward to resuscitate Ashley's first nonlinear opera. The piece, which captures the sociopolitical turmoil of the 1960s through a collage of overlapping dialogues, gained cult status through recordings of two sections, "Purposeful Lady Slow Afternoon" and "She Was a Visitor," but hasn't been performed in 40 years. The piece is being revived as part of the visual-art performance biennial Performa 11.
