Time Out says

Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Blvd (Seventh Ave) from 111th to 142nd Sts. Subway: 2, 3 to 110th St–Central Park; 3 to 145th St. Now in its 41st year, the largest black parade in the country returns to Harlem. Al Sharpton and NYC’s first black mayor, David Dinkins.
