The Baffler 30th Anniversary

Punk literary mag The Baffler hosts a Bushwick celebration of its 30 years in existence, bringing the world’s premier art-pop band (and one of the top bands around, period), Deerhoof, into town. The wildly inventive experimental rock troupe headlines, while in the opener set local trio Palberta plays hectic, jagged pop tunes that occasionally turn sweet.
