The Books + Junip + Doveman

Celebrate Brooklyn. NYC duo the Books combines found art, electronic music and acoustic folk, performing on cello and guitar, as well as less conventional means, such as the percussive snaps of tree branches; should work beautifully in Prospect Park. Support comes from José González's current collaborative project, Junip, which has the songman singing through a peachy fuzz over motorik, Can-style beats, plus local artist Thomas Bartlett (Doveman), with his spare compositions.
