The Knife, that oddball Swedish bro-sis electropop duo still best known for its bouncy 2003 synth banger "Heartbeats," hits town as part of its first U.S. tour since ’06. In a statement about these gigs, themed around last year's Shaking the Habitual LP, members Karin Dreijer Andersson and Olof Dreijer stated their intention to "play with the expectations and question habits of the concert, the dance performance, the club and the music festival." Given the Dreijers' history of mindfuckery, we're inclined to take them at their word.
