After a four-and-a-half month journey down the Mississippi River, Eve Beglarian reports back from the field with a deluge of new music inspired by the stories, sounds and characters of America's heartland. She'll be joined by vocal-instrumental ensemble loadbangand trombone quartet Guidonian Hand for a wind-powered opening on Sat 21. Electro-chamber band Newspeak shakes things up on Jan 27, with singer Malcolm J. Merriweather and guitarist Taylor Levine rounding out the minifestival on Sat 28. Beglarian and violinist Mary Rowell will perform on all three nights as the band BRIM.
$25, seniors and students $15; three-concert pass $60
