The Works: Jonatha Brooke Celebrates Woody Guthrie at 100

Contemporary-folk singer-songwriter Jonatha Brooke isn't the first name that comes to mind when you ponder the Dust Bowl activism of Woody Guthrie. But invited by that American icon's daughter Nora to craft new songs around unused Guthrie lyrics, Brooke produced The Works, a handsome, heartfelt tribute. She'll share those songs and others in a showcase featuring special guest Dar Williams.
