The Young + Purling Hiss

Austin garage-punk quartet the Young—supporting a new Matador LP, Dub Egg—enhances its fuzzed-out medium with eerie atmospherics. Unlike many of its more party-friendly contemporaries, this band takes the time to get under your skin.
