Theo Croker's DVRK Funk featuring Dee Dee Bridgewater

Theo Croker, grandson of jazz-trumpet great Doc Cheatham, hits town in support of a brand-new OKeh disc, Afro Physicist, which features a groovesome blend of psych-jazz-funk fusion, feisty postbop and sultry R&B. Expect the latter element to feature heavily here, as Croker gigs with his frequent collaborator (and Afro Physicist producer) Dee Dee Bridgewater at the mike.
