Climb on up to Brooklyn’s Treehouse, a party that encourages DJs to play sets that deviate from their usual territory. Not that tonight's guests will really need that much convincing: Andy Votel is an esteemed musical archivist and chief mixologist of the B-Music and Finders Keepers labels, while Mahssa Taghinia helped put together the amazing Pomegranates compilation, a set of Iranian funk music that came out on Finders Keepers earlier this year. (The pair is in town to curate the Lincoln Center's Film Comment Summer Meltdown series; check out filmlinc.com for more on that.) The party's residents are Treeboy and Raspberry Jones.
