Time Out says

Curated by the original hip new-music ensemble eighth blackbird, the Tune-In Music Festival opens with the world premiere of ARCO, a spatial electro-orchestral work from next wave composer-musicians Paul Haas, Paul Fowler and Bora Yoon. It will be performed by the 53-member Sympho orchestra, vocal quartet New York Polyphony and bass-baritone Charles Perry Sprawls. The festival is the musical centerpiece of the Armory's first full season of artistic programming.
