River Rocks 2011. Headlining the first show of this fine summer series, one-woman band Tune-Yards stars Merrill Garbus, whose every song seems born in some enchanted junkyard; her recent sophomore album, w h o k i l l, is one of the year's best indie-rock records. Like-minded support comes from Austra songwriter Katie Stelmanis, a classically trained musician who crafts dreamy electronic rock.
