Chicago's Twin Peaks is a quartet of 20-year-olds who play wildly hooky garage pop, offering a fresh-eyed take on proven power-pop tropes—a much more straight-forward and accessible sound than the Lynchian name might imply. The group aims to repeat the success of last year's Wild Onion with its latest, Down in Heaven.
