Half a century ago, Susan Wadsworth established Young Concert Artists in order to support the careers of promising classical newcomers. To celebrate the organization's 50th anniversary, Wadsworth put out the call to everyone who'd come up through its ranks; the eye-popping, ear-pleasing assemblage on offer today includes more than 100 alums, including Emanuel Ax, the Borromeo Quartet, Carter Brey, the Claremont Trio, Sasha Cooke, Jeremy Denk, the Jupiter Quartet, Christopher O'Riley, Vassily Primakov, Lise de la Salle and many more. See symphonyspace.org for a complete schedule.
