FYI: There’s a gorgeous cherry blossom garden inside the Arizona Tea pop-up

Yesterday, the makers behind that delicious green tea with ginseng and honey opened a pop-up shop in Soho (43 Crosby Street) to celebrate Arizona Tea’s 25th anniversary.

The storefront is designed to resemble a throwback 99-cent store, and while the digs and the duds are very '90s, there’s a serene art installation that resembles a tranquil Japanese zen garden inside. Look past the wildly fun paraphernalia like cherry blossom pajama sets and Arizona basketball jerseys to pose for photos in the synthetic cherry blossom-filled oasis.

As we mentioned in an earlier post, the merchandise and the art installation aren’t the only gimmicks. Tattoo artists JonBoy and Rob Green will be stationed at the shop on May 18, 20 and 21 from the hours of 2pm to 8pm to offer fresh—and free—ink in a range of custom designs created specifically for the Arizona Tea pop-up. You only have until May 21 to see it for yourself, so don’t waste another moment.
