New York Fashion Week isn’t just about front rows and afterparties—it’s also prime time for free facials, swag bags and even the occasional cowboy two-step. From beauty giants setting up in Bryant Park to buttery croissants in the West Village, here’s your cheat sheet to the best no-cost experiences happening from Friday, September 12 through Tuesday, September 15.

SEV Laser’s “15-Minute Face” (September 12)

Soho is about to get way more glowy. SEV Laser, the celebrity-beloved clinic, is rolling up a cart on the corner of Broadway and Spring to hand out complimentary laser facials—yes, actual treatments in just 15 minutes. Bonus: free products, coffee and plenty of selfie-ready photo ops.

Only Olay Pop-Up (September 12–13)

Head to Bryant Park’s Fountain Terrace for a gamified skincare challenge where you’ll test your knowledge of beauty myths versus Olay’s 72 years of science. The two-day activation comes with giveaways and samples, making this a prime pit stop between shows.

Get Out of Bed(head) with TRESemmé (September 12–15)

At 216 Lafayette Street, TRESemmé is transforming its Style Studios into a pop-up salon offering free hair makeovers. Expect cocktails, music, and pro stylists ready to turn your frazzled show-day look into party perfection.

Tecovas Grand Central Dance Hall (September 12)

Western boots meet Midtown icons. Tecovas is taking over Grand Central’s Vanderbilt Hall with live country music, free chain stitching, prizes and a surprise musical guest. If you prefer shopping to two-stepping, their new Wooster Street store is also doling out swag bags, drinks on Tecovas and even boot painting sessions all weekend.

Don Julio Rose Wall (September 12–14)

At the corner of Grand and Thompson, stop by an installation of 3,000 fresh roses built for NYFW. Guests are invited to pluck a flower (while supplies last), inspired by Willy Chavarria’s collab with Tequila Don Julio.

Christian Louboutin Fétiche Pop-Up (September 12–14)

Spring Street is hosting a two-room spectacle from Louboutin, complete with an olfactory discovery space, oversized stiletto slide and—yes—free goodies for lucky guests.

L’Appartement 4F x Eadem Pop-Up (September 13)

Something’s baking in the West Village. The cult bakery is teaming up with Eadem to turn their croissant-inspired lip shades into the real thing. The first 200 guests will receive both shades for free, and the first 20 score a specialty menu item alongside flaky pastries and glossy beauty rituals.

Caffè Guess (September 13–14)

Chelsea gets dolce vita energy as Guess opens an Italian-inspired café pop-up. Expect free coffee and gelato, custom fashion illustrations and gifts tied to their latest handbag launch.

Fashion Week is expensive—your Uber surge pricing proves it—but these activations are free, fabulous and very New York.
