2. The Black Comic Book Festival starts today. The free two-day event features everything from cosplay competitions to film screenings. 

3. Reverse cocktails are the latest drink trend in New York. One of the best is the Upside Down Dirty Gibson at Dante, made with vermouth and pickled onion brine.
