Make a 9pm reservation for their Cocktails and Cabaret show, where you can sip on a craft cocktail while watching their rotating cast of comedians, magicians and cabaret artists perform. If you’re feeling brave or bawdy, stop by for their 11pm seating, which showcases their only-if-you-dare adult circus. (The DJ plays until 3am, so your night doesn’t have to end when the circus leaves town!) The intimate Rose Room only seats 50, so be sure to make a reservation to secure your spot.
