Portugal native Francisco Rosa heads up the kitchen at this 75-seat midtown eatery, named after Lisbon's oldest district. Rosa executes a menu of modern and traditional plates, including rabbit meatballs, chorizo croquettes, and a seafood stew. To drink, find a Portuguese-focused wine list and seasonal cocktails, such as the Pera Bêbada, which combines bourbon, peach schnapps, pear liqueur, lime juice and Angostura bitters. The bi-level space is kitted out with orange-leather banquettes, blond-wood tables and a blue-and-white tile mural depicting the restaurant's namesake neighborhood.
