Alex García—one of the faces of the Food Network's Melting Pot—is giving Columbia coeds exactly what they want: more tacos. As part of this four-month Mexican pop-up, García invites alternating guest chefs—including Aarón Sánchez and Roberto Santibañez—to put their own spins on South of the Border standards like burritos, sopas, nachos and empanadas. Colorful tchotchkes like license plates and hubcaps brighten the walls, while a bar full of fish bowls, Mexican beer and 20 different tequilas liven up the mood.
