Get gussied-up sandwiches at this pop-up inside Loisaida saloon the Wayland. Co-owner and chef Rob Ceraso stuffs baguettes with a variety of innovative combs: The Beast layers braised beef, stone fruits and horseradish creme, while a vegetarian hero features curried cauliflower steak, walnut pâté and mint. The sub shop—which hides behind sliding doors—also serves sides like paprika-dusted chips and brussels slaw.
