Now he’s busy prepping this cheery, whitewashed coffee shop adjacent to the old Rockaway Taco space, offering a spread of $8 breakfast burritos (egg, avocado and pico de gallo; potato, sausage and peppers) and lavash sandwiches like smashed chickpea with feta ($5) and grilled fish with red-cabbage slaw ($7) for lunch.
