They say “anytime,” and they mean it—take-out, delivery or sit-down. Brothers Yoni and Shaul Margulies are aware that when you pull the same hours as Kinko’s, there’s no telling what people are going to want from you in the middle of the night. So the 50-seat restaurant and lounge is serving everything, just in case: pierogi, buffalo wings, falafel, burgers, tuna melts, lasagna, breakfast burritos and, for the upper-crusters, pan-seared salmon with lemon-butter sauce.
