Bushwick’s late-night pizza bar dishes out fluffy, inch-thick rounds of the Greek variety (think Chicago-style light). Baked in a shallow pan, Archie’s serves pizza by the pie or slice, offering cash-strapped customers massive quarter-pie slices for only $4. When in doubt, go for the vegetarian slice of the day, which can include anything from jalapeño and pineapple to onion and mushroom. Then test your tolerance with the smorgasbord of hot sauces, with flavor profiles ranging from mild savory garlic to hellfire habanero.

This is unlike your classic NY slice, but not in a way that means do not go! I'm not sure what they are doing at Archie's but it's hands down the best tipsy pizza after a late night, and their sandwiches are fantastic as well. Also, ask for markers and they will give you some plates to draw your just pizza art.
Archie's is open till 4am every night except Sunday (closes at midnight), which makes it the perfect spot for hospitality industry employees and late-night drinkers. The food is pure comfort, with pizza slices arriving hot out of the oven, glutenous pastas and meatballs that you have to try. The place is small and always filled with chattering Bushwick residents having a nightcap beer and slice before heading home.
