Vegetarians, beware: The name refers to an actual garden—a breezy backyard with a gurgling waterfall—and not to the prominence of greens on the menu. This is a meat-lover’s paradise, where satsivi (cold chicken swimming in an addictive curry-walnut sauce) might be followed by a sausagelike ground-chicken lula kebab ($6) served with an explosively flavorful tomato sauce. Of course, no meat platter is complete without homemade potatoes. Here they’re just $2, half-inch-thick tater circles fried with dill and garlic and about as tasty a tuber as you’ll ever find.
