Restaurateur Jeffrey Chodorow bolsters his fancy food court, FoodParc, with this seasonal beer garden in the plaza outside. The 12,000-square-foot space boasts stalls from noted toques, including Ed Brown (Ed’s Chowder House), Eduard Frauneder and Wolfgang Ban (Edi & the Wolf), Harold Dieterle (Kin Shop) and Zak Pelaccio (Fatty 'Cue). Sample a brisket sandwich slathered with chili aioli at Pelaccio's Fatty Snack, or Thai-style fried chicken at Dieterle's Soi 29. Ten taps dispense five craft suds, including selections like Radeberger Pilsner, Tucher Helles Hefeweizen and Southampton Publick House Double White Ale.
