The food was delicious. I don't usually like Japanese food, but I definitely liked it at Benihana! I ordered a chicken entree and it came with brown rice, onion soup, salad, and grilled vegetables. I especially loved the onion soup and chicken! The chicken was marinated deliciously. I ate outside, so the service was mediocre. The waiter only stopped by a few times over the course of almost two hours.

If you have never had Hibachi before, you will not be disappointed. The most exciting food experience you will ever have. You choose your order from the menu, and then it is cooked right in front of you. There is a twist. Your own personal chef will cook the food just how you like it, right in front of you! Even better, he will put a show on for you. Your chef will throw things in the air (and at you), set things on fire, dice and slice...then serve you the freshest food you've eaten on your trip. Try the shrimp!
