Orhan Yegen, the madcap Turkish chef behind Sip Sak, expands his holdings with this cozy café. The menu—which includes homestyle dishes like döner kebab, red lentil soup and lamb with okra—is scrawled on a chalkboard above the counter. By day, the café, which features exposed brick and hefty jars of pickles on the shelves, operates as a takeout joint for midtown's lunch-hungry hordes. For dinner, it transforms into a casual table-service eatery.
