While the second-floor dining room at this HeadQuarter’s gentlemen’s club restaurant has no view of the stage, you can always invite a dancer to join you at your table or try eating downstairs near the ladies, assuming the combination of seared flesh and bare flesh doesn’t turn you off. Either way, the jumbo lump crab cake—swollen to the size of a silicone-pumped breast—comes generously filled with pure meat and almost no filler, while the prime-rib steak (though a tad undersalted) was a tender medium-rare and had a surprisingly good aged flavor.
