The name of this minichain of eco-conscious bakeries isn't official yet, but these shops are serious about the cookies and other pastries from City Bakery on offer. The furniture and decorations are sustainably produced—as are the mostly organic baked goods. The third location, on Prince Street, occupies the former home of the beloved Vesuvio Bakery.
