First-time restaurateur Eda Kilic made a well-timed departure from banking to open this Pan-European bistro. As the name indicates, the space is doused in the color red. The menu—dishes include meatballs in a spicy tomato sauce—was created by consulting chef Diego Gonzales (Allioli).
