An old storefront in Kingston's Historic Uptown District, a simple sliver of a space, has received a sumptuous update by its new tenant: Boitson's Restaurant. The menu is American, refined, yet comfortable from Steak Frites to Fried Chicken. as well as dishes for vegans and guests with special dietary needs.
